Ranges are measured with a 75 kg rider, at 25 °C, on a suitable surface: weight, hills, wind, temperature and frequent stops reduce them. The IPX4 rating protects against splashes; never charge the scooter while it is wet. Rules for e-scooters vary by country: they often have to use bike lanes where available, wearing a helmet is recommended and third-party liability insurance may be mandatory.
