At Scootidoo, all products are delivered free of charge, with no minimum order, to mainland France and across the European Union.

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel in real time from our tracking page.

Each product is carefully packed in reinforced cardboard with foam protection to ensure delivery in perfect condition.

In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new and unused condition
All accessories, manuals and included items must be returned

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

All our products come with a 2-year legal warranty of conformity in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
