Real-world range depends on rider weight, speed, terrain and temperature. To preserve the battery, recharge it after use, avoid leaving it discharged for long periods and store the vehicle in a dry place. Inflate the tubeless tyres to between 45 and 50 psi. The IPX5 rating does not allow riding in heavy rain or snow.
