Each product is carefully packed in a reinforced box with foam protection to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new and unused condition
- All accessories, manuals and items supplied must be included

Refund
The refund is made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as for the purchase.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
