Return & Refund
Customers can initiate returns within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a standard return, the product must be in its original form – new, unused, and undamaged, with intact original packaging and retail labels.
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the order, including both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Returns are not considered free. If you need a return label, we can provide a shipping quote.
Additional restocking/shipping fees may be applied to your return, which could include charges for damages, incomplete returns, refusal, and restocking of select made-to-order products. All fees and shipping expenses will be deducted from the total of the return.
