Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Scope

These terms and conditions govern all sales between Scootidoo, 108 Rue Pierre Brossolette, 92320 Châtillon, France (SIRET: 889 293 510 00018, VAT: FR11889293510), and any customer purchasing on scootidoo.com. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are not contractual. Scootidoo reserves the right to modify its catalogue at any time.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Prices may change at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and delivered in 3-5 business days. Delivery is free in France and throughout the European Union.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to return the product without giving reasons. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Article 7 — Legal warranties

All products benefit from the 2-year legal conformity guarantee and the hidden defects guarantee. In case of a conformity defect, the customer may choose between repair and replacement. Scootidoo covers return shipping costs for defective products.

Article 8 — PLEV regulations

In France, personal light electric vehicles (PLEVs) are limited to 25 km/h on public roads. Use at higher speeds is reserved for private property. Tampering voids the warranty and CE conformity. Civil liability insurance is mandatory.

Article 9 — Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
