Customers can initiate returns within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a standard return, the product must be in its original form – new, unused, and undamaged, with intact original packaging and retail labels.
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the order, including both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Returns are not considered free. If you need a return label, we can provide a shipping quote.
