⚠️ EDPM Regulations in France
In France, personal motorized vehicles (EDPM) are limited to 16 mph on public roads (décret n° 2019-1082). Higher speed use is restricted to private property. Speed limiter removal is illegal and voids warranty and CE compliance. Liability insurance is mandatory.
