The claimed range depends in particular on the load carried, terrain, temperature, speed and tyre pressure. The IP54 rating does not mean the scooter is submersible: avoid heavy water spray and dry it after a wet ride.

Regulations

The claimed top speed exceeds the legal speed limit on public roads, which depends on the country — 20 or 25 km/h in most EU countries. Check the rules that apply to your use and do not use the higher speed on public roads; above that limit, private land only. Compliance and the required equipment cannot be inferred from the claimed speed alone.
