Real-world range depends on rider weight, speed, terrain, ground surface and temperature. When starting out, step onto the hoverboard while it is stationary, one foot after the other, on a flat, clear surface, and keep your eyes looking ahead. Wearing a helmet and wrist, elbow and knee guards is recommended, especially during your first rides. Avoid puddles, gravel and steep slopes. After each ride, let the board return to room temperature before charging it, and store it in a dry place. Charging regularly, without leaving the battery completely empty for long periods, helps extend its service life.
