Frequently asked questions
Is delivery free?
Yes, throughout the European Union with no minimum order. In France, delivery is free from €50 (€8.80 below). Outside the European Union it costs €29, and any customs duties are payable by the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your order on our order tracking page.
What if my parcel is damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via our contact page. Attach photos of the parcel and the product. We will send you a replacement or a refund.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unused product. See our shipping and returns page for details.
